Hello! My name is Lisa Waddill, and I am looking forward to helping you with finding a home, selling a home, or both. It’s a serious, monetary leap, and I take it very seriously.
I originally was an educator, but when I had my first child, I wanted to stay home with her. After my husband and I bought and sold a couple of homes, I found a desire to learn more and began taking real estate classes; but when the second child came along, things just got too hectic, and I put that goal off to the side while I enjoyed my babies. As they got older, I volunteered and substituted at their elementary school. One day a teaching job became available, and since education is my degree, I couldn’t pass it up! For six years I taught fourth and fifth graders. I LOVED being in the classroom, seeing those growing minds come to life and empowering them with knowledge! But because of everything else that teaching involves, I came to the conclusion that teaching wasn’t for me. I continue to volunteer at the school in which I taught because I feel called to give back to my community.
I actually started real estate part time while I was teaching to make sure I wasn’t just jumping from one fire to another. While real estate definitely has its heated moments, I am enthralled with the whole aspect of buying and selling property. It’s a very emotional journey, and I bring my educator skills with me to this field to guide you through it as painlessly as possible. I absolutely love empowering my clients with knowledge so they can make the best decisions for themselves and their families.
As a devoted real estate professional, I will make every effort to ensure your experience is as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Whether you are seriously interested in getting into the real estate market, or simply just looking, I can help you find the answers to your questions about homeownership or selling your home.

"Moving to a new city and finding a home to rent is stressful enough. Throw in having 4 pets and living 1500 miles away so you can't see any properties in person, and it becomes hell. Alfredo stepped in and made everything better. He helped us work through dozens of properties and agents until we finally found a house we loved and that would accommodate our pets. We couldn't have done this without him. I'll recommend him to everyone I know looking for a home in the greater Austin area.
