About Ivy

Hi, I'm Ivy, Your Concierge REALTOR® for Austin and Leander, Texas Real Estate. Helping you energizes me. For instance, I create customized searches for buyers and press in to find the right home day or night. For sellers, I craft the best possible pathway toward YOUR success. For investors, I marshal local resources toward a seamless and profitable outcome.
Because I am all about YOU, I go to great lengths to understand your wishes and wants, cares and concerns before moving forward. I listen well.
My goals are two: First, for you to hear these melodic words, “We have an accepted offer!” Second, for me to hear, “Ivy, you’re the best REALTOR I’ve ever had.”
When we arrive here, we have succeeded.

I work hard.
I am my father’s daughter. To please his mother, Daddy received his law degree from the University of Southern California. To please his passion, he earned a second degree from USC in architecture. Early in his career, he designed and oversaw construction on buildings in downtown Los Angeles. Soon afterwards, he gained an interest in Palm Springs where he focused his early career culminating with the completion of the famed Biltmore Hotel. Afterwards he moved our family to Oregon where he started a new chapter. In essence Daddy became one of the first “flippers.” Only he preferred to “flip” ranches.
I vividly recall long dusty drives along dirt roads ending up at some remote ranch in Eastern Oregon. At these ranches I discovered my father’s work ethic. What he did with one hand rivaled what ranch hands did with two (he lost his left hand in a construction accident). By his side, I branded calves, mended fences, and moved irrigation pipes. Working hard is a way of life he taught me. Rest happens after the job is done.
I bring this same work ethic to my clients every day of the week. When you call, I answer. When you email me, I respond promptly. This is who I am; this is what I’m about. If you doubt me, ask my husband; ask my kids – they work hard too.

I’m honest.
I learned many lessons while working in the non-profit sector with unpaid volunteers. Here is one of the most important values I learned: my word is the currency by which I gain trust. Without trust, there are no volunteers.
So with you. When I give you my word, it is based upon the best professional information I have at my disposal. I have no stomach for using people for personal gain. It is not in me. Therefore, you may be surprised if I attempt to talk you out of buying a home. I’ve done this before and later my clients thank me. Likewise, after I gain a sense of what you are looking for, I may become a bit exuberant in promoting a property. This is not to pressure you. It is simply the honest part of me encouraging you to seize the opportunity before it passes.
