REALTOR ® in Central Texas, with extensive expertise in the markets located between Austin and San Antonio. Also, a Buy and Hold Investor as well as a Property and Asset Manager. EVERY PROPERTY PURCHASE IS AN INVESTMENT even if it is a primary home.

Excelling in competitive climates and rising to the highest levels of multiple organizations during my 17-year direct-to-consumer marketing career laid the foundation for my success in the field of Real Estate.

For the last decade, I’ve been successfully navigating the drastically dynamic real estate landscape, methodically buying and selling personal and investment properties in both New York and Texas. In 2017, I pioneered my first creative financing contract, setting the stage for a steady ascent in the real estate arena.

I acquired my first buy and hold investment property in 2020, in San Marcos Texas. Since then I have established efficient and effective Property Management operations that have kept all units cash flowing with the avg rent 15% over market and 96% occupancy.

Not only are my Seller Clients the beneficiaries of the knowledge, strategies and skills I have gained and sharpened throughout my years in Marketing and Real Estate, they also benefit from the large local network I’ve cultivated since moving to Texas 10 years ago. In 2018, my family and I moved from Austin to Driftwood and now are fortunate enough to call beautiful Rim Rock our home. My volunteer work on the Dripping Springs Independent School District PTA, the Rim Rock Social Committee, coaching DSYSA youth sports and being an active member of the Dripping Springs Rotary Club have all aided in me being well known, liked and trusted throughout the community.
